Murray Cheung led Team Canada’s three-athlete squad, including himself, at the 13th Pan American Wushu Championship in Brasília, Brazil. Serving as both coach and team leader, Murray guided the small but talented Canadian team to an impressive medal haul: three golds, one silver, and one bronze. Murray himself claimed two of the gold medals, demonstrating his exceptional skill and dedication both as an athlete and a mentor. This achievement reflects the hard work and synergy within Team Canada under Murray’s leadership, marking a proud milestone for Canadian wushu on the Pan American stage.
