Drawing from our extensive experience in traditional martial arts and competitive arenas, we are committed to teaching in a modern way that aligns with today's lifestyles, while still honoring the core traditional values. Good news. We are getting our new location finalized. It will have proper flooring for kids wushu as well as a large area to practice in. Location will be near Deerfoot City. Our schedules are being finalized. Stay tuned!

​We were pleased to work with the Chinese Cultural Centre to provide the Calgary Public Library with a Taichi seminar. We are working with the Cultural Center to provide the public with more lessons if interested in continuing your practice of Taichi.

 

Lessons start Jan 8

One Taichi Wushu specializes in Taichi and Wushu. Led by a distinguished instructor with numerous medals from international competitions. The school was established in 2024 by Instructor Murray Cheung (張耀中). Former and current National Team member of the Wushu and Taichi teams.

Murray Cheung is a dedicated and passionate Wushu practitioner with a deep-rooted commitment to sharing his extensive knowledge and experience. Having spent years perfecting his craft and immersing himself in the art of Wushu.

 

His journey has not only honed his technical skills but also enriched his understanding of Wushu’s cultural and philosophical dimensions. Driven by a desire to inspire and cultivate the next generation of martial artists. His goal is to ensure that the beauty and discipline of Wushu continue to thrive and inspire others, just as it has for him throughout his life.
